Welcome to ViralMe (“ViralMe”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms explain the rules for using our website, platform, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using ViralMe, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

ViralMe provides online personal and business profile pages designed to help users present an official, trusted presence and share it through one clean link.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you use ViralMe on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Your Account

  • You’re responsible for keeping your account information accurate.
  • You’re responsible for any activity under your account.
  • If you believe your account was accessed without permission, contact support immediately.

Plans, Payments & Renewals

  • Some features require a paid plan. Prices and plan features are shown on the Pricing page.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party provider (Stripe).
  • If your plan renews automatically, this will be clearly displayed during checkout (where applicable).

Your Profile Content

You may add text, images, videos, links, logos, and other content (“User Content”).

You agree that your User Content:

  • is accurate and not misleading,
  • does not violate laws or the rights of others,
  • does not contain harassment, hate, scams, or illegal content,
  • does not infringe copyrights or trademarks.

Ownership & License

  • ViralMe owns the platform, design system, and technology.
  • You own your User Content.
  • By uploading content, you give ViralMe a limited license to host, display, and publish it only for providing the Services.

Verification

“Verified” helps add trust and confirm ownership.

  • Verification may require documents or proof.
  • We may approve or reject verification requests at our discretion to protect trust and safety.
  • Verified status may be removed if we find misuse, impersonation, or false information.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • impersonate others or create fake profiles,
  • publish scams, fraud, or misleading claims,
  • attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform,
  • upload malware or harmful code,
  • scrape data or use automated tools without permission.

Links to Third-Party Sites

Your profile may include links to third-party platforms (social media, websites, booking tools). ViralMe is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or services.

Availability & Changes

We may improve, update, or change the Services at any time. We may suspend or stop parts of the Services when needed for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm users, or create security/legal risk. You may request account deletion through support.

Disclaimers

ViralMe provides the Services “as is.” We do not guarantee:

  • specific ranking position on Google,
  • exact indexing timelines,
  • business results (leads, sales, visibility) because these depend on many external factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ViralMe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or reputational loss arising from using the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Dubai.
